The Universal Declaration of Human Rights(UDHR) was adopted by theUnited Nations in 1948,in which, it gathers and disseminates the respect to people's basic rights, including freedom, dignity and respect for all.
Each and everyone of the people around the world has the same rights regarding our freedoms and our privileges socially and individually. This is why it is necessary to reaffirm the importance of them in the different stages of the political en social life.
The concept is universal and equal for everyone, since it is included with in all human beings regardless of race, religion, society, group, or dominant social class. In essence, it is important to establish relationships of dignity to the State it converges with.
Broadcasting and wakefulness of human rights is a duty that the State,as a public  regulatory body that over sees its inhabitants, must perform. It must let its people be aware over the actions to be taken if any of them are violated in any way.
Human rights do not apply to context or history. They can alwaysbe validated to make others respectyou at any time and under any circumstances.
